Dart Board
- Prepare a banner like a dartboard. On each pie slice write the components you want to evaluate in the program. For example; accommodation, free time, group dynamics, trainers, "my contribution", etc.
- The poster is hung in a place where everyone can see it and the participants are asked to make an evaluation by putting a cross.
- When the crosses are closer to the center of the circle, it indicates a high level of satisfaction with the relevant part.
- Finally, questions and extremes of opinion can be asked and clarified (without coercion).
Instead of a cross, smiley/smiley face emojis or "++, +" for positive and "--, -" for negative can be used as a measure. Participants can also use pushpins when grading.
