1. Stand up and form a circle.
2. Give the instruction.
Instruction: Now I am going to tell you some movements, first we will do them at a normal speed, then very fast and then very slow as if we were in slow motion.
3. Practice: Let's run. Let's run very fast. Let's run in slow motion. / Let's jump. Let's jump very fast. Let's jump in slow motion. / Let's walk. Let's walk very fast. Let's walk in slow motion. / Let's flap our wings like birds. Let's flap very fast. Let's flap in slow motion. / Let's sway left and right. Let's sway very fast. Let's sway in slow motion. / Let's stamp our feet. Let's stomp very fast. Slow motion.
Note: The movements in the warm-up can be varied by the facilitator. Before giving a new instruction (moving from one movement to another or from slow to fast), children should be given time to do that movement for a while.
