SHHH – BAA
Participants are shown 4 "vocal movements" respectively. And immediately after the trainer, they are told to repeat them in a synchronized way as a group.
Movement 1: The sound of "shhhhhhhhhhhhh" by making the hush sign with the index finger.
Movement 2: With palms facing upwards, open both hands to the side at waist level and make the "baaaaaaa" sound.
Movement 3: With your palms facing forward, spread both hands to the side at head level and make the "a" sound.
Movement 4: Clapping once.
After repeating these movements several times, the participants are asked to make "baaaa" when "shhhhh" is said, to make "shhhhh" when "baaaa" is said, to make "a" when clapping, and to clap when "a" is made.
Participants can be told that this game is designed to measure their concentration. This will make the game even more enjoyable.
