FEEDBACK ALPHABET
Each paper on which the letters are written is placed on the floor in a circle so that all participants can make eye contact. Then the participants are asked the following question "When you evaluate this training or session, if you were to express it in one word, considering the effect it had on you, which letter would you choose?"
For example, "E" efficient, "P" participatory, "B" breathtaking etc. Each participant passes to the side of the paper of the letter he/she has chosen. The trainer gives the floor from A-Z. The one who takes the floor explains in one or two sentences why he/she chose the letter.
If the activity is to be held in online training, the trainer projects the alphabet he/she prepared beforehand on the screen via Google Jamboard application. With the boxes with the names of all participants, the trainer asks them to choose a letter from the screen and evaluate the training with a word starting with that letter. For example, "E" efficient, "P" participatory, "B" breathtaking etc. The participant puts his/her name box on the letter he/she has chosen.
The trainer gives the floor from A-Z. The person who takes the floor explains in one or two sentences why he/she chose the letter.
