1. The trainer divides the group into sub-groups of 3-4 participants.
2. Instructs them to prepare a poster evaluating the training/session.
3. The groups prepare a poster with a slogan about what the training/session has contributed to them and an evocative element.
4. When everyone has completed, a Poster Gallery is created in the training hall and the posters are exhibited.
5. A spokesperson from the group can talk about the poster while the gallery is visited and examined by the big group.
