The trainer tells the participants that at the end of the training for evaluation purposes, a role play will be done about where they see themselves.
He/she asks them to create a bus and choose a role for themselves on the bus. For example; driver/passenger or a part of the bus that has a symbolic meaning according to the participant, for example steering wheel, spare tire, rear view mirror, etc.
Participants can briefly explain why they chose the position.
