Group Size & Age
Any number of people of any age
Participants are divided into paired mini-groups. One partner closes their eyes and the other takes the role of the facilitator. They extend their index fingers towards each other. The finger of the participant who closes their eyes should be positioned on the nail of the index finger of the participant who is directing. The facilitator is asked to take their partner around the space, but there should not be any conversation! During the game, it is important to note that the fingers should not be interlocked, they should only touch the fingernail. This warning should be given at the beginning of the game. The game starts and after a while, the partners change roles. The game continues for a while. At the end of the game, a circle is formed and a short debrief is taken standing.
"Is it difficult to understand or to explain?"
"How important is trust in teamwork?"
"Did you feel responsible?"
