1. The group is divided into sub-groups of 4-5 people.
2. Each group is given a pack of marshmallows and pasta sticks.
3. Participants are given 15 minutes and told that the group that builds the highest marshmallow tower using marshmallows and pasta sticks will win.
4. Each group is told to inflate the balloon and place it anywhere on the tower, but the balloon must not touch the ground. The balloon is included in the measurement.
5. When the time is over, the instructor measures the towers of the groups with a meter and gives gifts to the group with the highest tower.

Post-game debriefing should be done especially when the game is played for teamwork.
