STEP 1: Participants are divided into two groups.

STEP 2: Each group is handed pre-cut and prepared task cards and asked to choose.

THE TASK CARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Trainer
In this event, you have been assigned as the facilitator of the breathing training. You need to provide information about correct breathing techniques and have the participants practice them.
- Breathing training participant 1:
You are a person who constantly uses the imperative mood in your speech and gives orders to both the trainer and the participants with every word.
- Breathing training participant 2:
You are a person who does not make eye contact with either the trainer or the participants and always looks ahead.
- Breathwork participant 3:
You are someone who constantly deflects from what people are talking about and brings up other topics that are irrelevant to the situation. According to the flow of the conversation, you deviate at least 3 times in this training.
- Breath training participant 4:
You are someone who constantly criticizes people. Criticize the trainer and the participants at least 2 times during the training.
- Breathing training participant 5:
You speak in very long sentences. You go on and on. During this training, use at least 3 sentences every time you speak.
- Breathwork participant 6:
You find it difficult to get the words out properly. During this training, pretend to be a participant who stutters.
- Breathing training participant 7:
You are always giving people advice. Whatever anyone says, you immediately give them a piece of advice. Make sure that every sentence you speak is a piece of advice for the other person.
- Breathwork participant 8:
You are in this training as yourself. Be a part of this training as yourself.
- Breath training participant 9:
You are in this training as yourself. Be a part of this training as yourself.
-Breath training participant 10:
You are present in this training as yourself. Be a part of this training as yourself.

STEP 3: Participants are told not to share their tasks with the group, but only to be present in the practice as a participant in accordance with the task cards. However, they are also told that they will have tasks to do as a group outside of the task cards and that these tasks will be shared with them with the working whistle.

THESE TASKS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
* Task 1: Perform the exercise for 2 minutes without speaking, using only your body language.
*Task 2: For 1 minute, change all vowels to -e while speaking.
*Task 3: Continue your training without using any gestures and facial expressions for 2 minutes.

STEP 4: The application starts. In the first ten minutes of the application, the participants are individually involved in the process and fulfill their task cards. In this process, the trainer is in a position both as an observer and as an encourager to include the participants who are not involved in the process.

STEP 5: At the 10th minute, the first whistle is blown and the first task is given to the participants.

STEP 6: After the first task is completed in 3 minutes, the whistle is blown and the second task is given.

STEP 7 : After the second task is completed within 3 minutes, the whistle is blown and the last task is given.

STEP 8: After the last task is completed, the participants are thanked and the simulation is ended.
