The group is divided into small groups of 8-10 people.
Each group forms a circle within itself.
The participants are asked to raise their hands in the air and, with their eyes closed, to hold any two hands in the circle.
Thus, a knot is formed at the beginning.
In the next stage, the group is asked to untie this knot without letting go of their hands.
They can move as they wish while untying the knot. When the knot is untied, they will become a circle again.
(This can also be applied as a competition and the group that unties the knot first can be declared the winner).
After the activity is over, a short conversation can be held about the game. Discuss what the participants in the group felt and experienced.
This evaluation can be related to topics such as communication and teamwork.
