One-Foot Halay
A group of 10 people form a circle by standing shoulder to shoulder as if in a halay. Only one foot of each member should touch the ground. In this state, the group is asked to squat down and then stand up at the same time. The person whose other foot touches the ground or falls leaves the group.
Objective: To keep the group with the maximum number of people at the end of 20 squats.
