1. The trainer asks the participants to choose someone from the group to be their bodyguard and not to tell anyone.
2. He tells them to start walking in the hall, but with another person from the group between them and the person they have chosen as their bodyguard.
3. Since nobody knows who is chosen by whom, there is chaos in the hall and it becomes very funny :)
4. When the instructor thinks that the group has had enough fun and is moving, he/she can end the game.
