First, the group is told the story of the se-se-ko-re dance rhythm. The story goes like this; Once upon a time, people living in a very hot and hot place were affected negatively by the heat so much that their lands started to dry out and huge cracks started to form.No vegetables or fruits could grow on these dry lands.Naturally, people were very miserable because they could not eat and meet their other needs. Then, they agreed among themselves to create a group rhythm dance and they started to do this dance by forming a circle and using both their voices (in their common language) and their bodies at the same time. The more they made a sound as a group, the more it started to rain, thus bringing a smile to their faces and the faces of their land.
Dance rhythms and movements:
1. Se- se- se- co- co -re (two hands hit both legs in rhythm (2 times) and then both hands are placed crossed at chest level).
2.Se- co- re -sa (two hands touching the legs once and once diagonally on the chest, opening upwards).
3. A -si -si -si -si- si -mag- ga (two hands are held by the sides at waist level and a circle is drawn at hip level) (once from left to right and once from right to left, 2 times in total)
4. Ma- ga -ma -ga (Two hands are held at the waist level from the sides and moved once to the right and once to the left)
Notes to the practitioner: You can shape the story of this dance-rhythm activity according to the situation and perception of your target audience. In addition, adjusting the rhythms of this dance-rhythm work from slow and quiet (library environment), medium speed (environment with some sound), to the fastest will make the application fun and fluent.
