Anyone over the age of 10-12 can play. In this study, sub-groups work. It is ideal to have 5-7 people in each group. It can be easily played with up to 40 people.
Materials
For each group:
- 1 Egg
- 3 A4 Paper
- 1-meter Rope
- 2 Pencils
- 1-meter Stereo Tape
- 3 pieces of Postit Paper
Step 1: Decide how many groups there will be based on the group size. Areas are determined according to the number of groups. Materials are placed in these areas.
Step 2: Participants are divided into groups of 5-7 people.
Step 3: Before sending the groups to their places, the tasks to be done in the game are explained to the participants.
Task 1: Each group will give a name to their egg.
Task 2: Each group will write a 3-minute song for their egg.
Task 3: Each group will create a nest/cage with the materials provided to ensure that the egg does not break when it falls from a height of 3 meters.
Step 4: Groups are sent to their seats.
Step 5: Each group works for 25-30 minutes to do 3 tasks.
Step 6: Return to the main group. Each group names their egg and sings the song they wrote as a group.
Step 7: Each group's egg is hung at the height of 3 meters, and the cage/nest created by each group is placed under the group's egg. One by one, all eggs are thrown from a height of 3 meters. The group(s) with the egg(s) that falls into the cage/nest and does not break wins the game.
Step 8: A big circle is formed with all the groups and the participants are asked questions about how they worked, how they felt, how they solved problems, etc. while doing the tasks. This section lasts a maximum of 15-20 minutes and ends with this.
