I completed my higher education in the Department of Comparative Literature (English – German) at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. I implemented national and international projects on intercultural communication, social development, and institutional growth during my undergraduate years. In 2006, I completed the Trainer Training Programs of the Turkish National Agency, and in 2007, I completed the Trainer Training Programs of the European Commission Salto Training and Resource Center.
I pursued my Master’s degree in Social Projects and Civil Society Organizations Management at Istanbul Bilgi University. In 2018, I completed the Experiential Learning Certificate Program, which included educators like David Kolb, Alice Kolb, and Kay Peterson, and became an active member of the US Experiential Learning Institute.
Since 2013, I have been working as a partner and education director at Müderris Training. I have served as a trainer, instructor, and researcher in the education programs of institutions such as the European Commission, the United Nations, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Turkish National Agency, and basketball federations in Turkey, Germany, France, and Italy. I have been actively involved in the programs of various educational institutions in more than twenty countries.
As a founding member and chairman of the board of directors of the DeM Experiential Training Center, I was among the founders of the IELN International Experiential Learning Network, established by educational institutions from seven countries in 2012.
