I have been trying to disseminate it in my own organization for a while now. Especially in an organization working in the field of technological R&D with an average age below 30, I closely see the reflections of increased awareness of experiential learning in professional life. I have an idea for a field study on this in the future. Apart from my personal experience, it is very motivating as a trainer working in this field to see its impact in professional fields.

We have many groups within Experianta. Maybe we can add a group like an academic study group to these groups. Even if we are far away, we can contribute to the literature by sharing ideas such as academic publications, field studies, and articles. What do you think?

Hi Everyone, I am Sefik. I am living the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and I am working in Near East University as a lecturer and TTO Expert.

My journey in non-formal learning started in 2005 in Izmir with Youth Programme. My life changed after meeting the non-formal learning. I am still working as a trainer in the field.

I think this is a very good idea for visual recognition and dissemination. But I think we should not only use the DeM logo, we should also use experianta in the same way.
