I am a dedicated higher education professional with a background in experiential learning program design, delivery, assessment, monitoring, and evaluation. I hold a Bachelor of Education and an Honours Degree in Educational Development and Democracy from Stellenbosch University, where I graduated cum laude. My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to using experiential education as a catalyst for positive change and innovation. Throughout my career I have led and facilitated a variety of experiential learning initiatives, working with students across all stages of their academic journey, from application to graduation. I am dedicated to creating meaningful, impactful educational experiences that support student growth and success. I’ve also collaborated with an innovative EdTech company, where we developed and implemented groundbreaking approaches to improving mathematics education in South African primary schools. I have developed expertise in project management, institutional governance, and the use of digital tools in education, including Asana, TeamUp, and various learning management systems. I am an effective communicator, skilled in building partnerships with diverse stakeholders, and I thrive in collaborative environments. Whether working independently or part of a team, I approach every challenge with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on achieving results.
