Hello, Experianta community,
I am Hadi Estanboli, from the Netherlands, and the founder of “Neuth Compass,” a social enterprise that provides training programs for young newcomers in the country. I have recently joined the ToT to enhance my expertise in designing and facilitating workshops that I aim to provide in my training programs.
I am pleased to be a part of this community and connect with you all! And I am confident we can exchange valuable knowledge, information, and learning opportunities to benefit each other.
I am super enthusiastic about this venture. Let’s embark on it, guys!

Hello everyone,
I’m Filomena, in my previous work in production company I gained basic experience on preparing training material and conducting training sessions on changes in processes and standard work.
Now I’m happy to be a trainee on Training of Trainers program and willing to learn experiential learning cycle, methods and to prepare myself as EL trainer.
It’s very nice to be a part of experianta community!

Hi community! ☀
I am Anna, staff member at INEDNET Information and Education Development Network (Armenia). I am in the youth work field for several years already with lots of volunteering experience around youth engagement and intercultural dialogue. In my free time I enjoy exploring cultural diversities and identities especially through different forms of folk arts.
I am very happy and grateful for the opportunity to be in experianta. As I aim to take a step towards delivering trainings on international level, I sincerely believe in the power of experiential learning as the essential cornerstone on this path. Looking forward to an enjoyable learning together!

Hello! My name is Razan (she/her), Syrian by origin and based in The Netherlands since 2011. I’m a computer engineer by degree, a social worker by vocation, and a learning experience designer/facilitator by passion! Lifelong Learning drivers me onward. Curiosity, perseverance, agility, stewardship, and gratitude are values that best describe who I am. Convinced by the power of non-formal learning, I aspire to contribute to more meaningful human connections despite differences in backgrounds, perspectives and lived realities.
Since 2017, I have been involved with several governmental and non-profit organisations on developing and delivering programmes & projects that facilitate the social & economic inclusion of refugees in The Netherlands. In my daily work, I support (young)newcomers with refugee background in building their new lives and finding their way in Dutch society. In particular, I offer them guidance on finding suitable education and employment opportunities, in order to increase their self-reliance, sense of security and belonging.
Delighted for the opportunity to join Experianta and be on this unique exploration journey. Thrilled about what lies ahead, and looking forward to learning with & from you all…
