I’m Burcu. I’m an information and technology teacher at Vocational and Technical Education High School in Sincan/Ankara. I’m an Erasmus+ Project Manager at my school. I’m in both formal and non-formal education. I’m training my students to develop lasting skills and qualities on vocational and educational issues by Erasmus+ projects and school curriculum. And then, learning becomes fun:)

I’m Romy! I’m a Learning Experience Designer and Experiential Learning Trainer. I have my own training and consulting business which focuses on bringing experiential learning and psychological safety to more teams across the globe in online, in-person, and hybrid formats.
I also bring over a decade of experience as a youth worker and have collaborated with different NGOs across Europe. I’m a trainer with IELN and certified in Experiential Critical Pedagogy (Experiential Pedagogy of the Oppressed).

I am youth worker in my Ngo Interaktiva, based in east of Croatia, in city of Osijek. I’m glad to be here and to take advantage of all published and to learn from your experience. I also hope to contribute in order to make this community better and more interesting. Experiential learning is my favourite way of learning, and I want to improve my knowledge in order to be able to share it to young people in my and other communities. My opinion is that experiential learning is best way to learn and have fun in the same time, combination to success. Hope you also share my opinion!
