You can start with adding me in the league, which will make the reputation higher 😎 And then I have 6 ideas to make great Experianta even greater;)

Dear friends, I have a suggestion: We can participate in important courses and training programs of DeM with our Expas. Apart from that, wouldn’t it be nice if our “expa”s also applies to purchase things like designed notebooks with DeM logo, pens, mugs, jumpers, t-shirts, books, “raki night” with DeM chairman, etc.? What do you say? Thus, “expa” can become like a “coin” in the future, with a step by step improvement.

Okan, this is a great idea. I think the NGOs in the network can use a similar gamification strategy. We can integrate experianta with our local works. For example, @mikhell asks local participants to buy tickets for a free (voluntary) local event by using expa points. Maybe this can’t be applied to all local participants but especially trainers/educators are the perfect target group to use this method.
What do you think?

I think this is a very good idea for visual recognition and dissemination. But I think we should not only use the DeM logo, we should also use experianta in the same way.

I think that is where IELN can join the game! The network members of IELN can participate in this gamified volunteering program. As their volunteers volunteer for their organizations, they can earn light points on Experianta. It is a matter of structure and digitalization, but not difficult. 🙂

A new suggestion: It might be a good thing to add “TRUST” section, so that we don’t have to choose “team building” when we are sharing methods and publishing methods.
-
Okan, you may select the icebreaker category for the trust-building games. But I suggest you to state that “this method builds trust among the group” so that people can find when they search for trust in the global search.

We have many groups within Experianta. Maybe we can add a group like an academic study group to these groups. Even if we are far away, we can contribute to the literature by sharing ideas such as academic publications, field studies, and articles. What do you think?
